Husband Cohabitating

We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.

Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her in the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just following he had left our client.

We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
