Our client had been a bit suspicious ahead of due to the fact they always flirted about one another and seemed to have private jokes. When she mentioned it to her husband he often told her she was getting silly and that they were just good buddies
. She was very upset and she stated it had taken her a couple days to pluck up the courage to call us. We reassured her that she was doing the proper thing and it would be far better to know the truth.She told us about her scenario and we talked about what choices she had. As the client knew when both her husband and friend were going out we decided to do a six hour session of surveillance. We followed the husband from work and certain sufficient he was meeting the friend in a wine bar. They had been very intimate with one another and soon after several drinks they went to a neighborhood hotel. They should have pre booked a room as they went straight to the lift and didn’t come back down for a few hours.
We were able to provide our client with photographs of her husband and friend together and tell her about their movements over the six hours of surveillance. Our client, despite the fact that devastated, was in a position to make an informed decision about what to do subsequent.
Right after she had got more than the initial shock of it all she filed for divorce and informed her friend’s husband of the affair. Her friend’s husband also filed for divorce.
