Our client told us that when her husband first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big quantity of cash out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new place to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have an additional woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.
We were able to present our client with all of the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
